Standing at 4,471 metres, Mount Elbrus is the highest
mountain in Russia, and the tenth most prominent mountain in
the world. Said to be an inactive volcano, figuring in Greek
myth and being one of the most deadly peaks.
Mt. Elbrus was also scaled by the Youngest Mountain Girl from India Jaahnavi Sriperambuduru who became the youngest in the World. You probably don't know this, but the last time it erupted, it was 50 AD..
